NFL Player Arrested After Shooting Up A Poker Game

A poker game is Castle Rock Colorado got heated when a NFL player shot a gun twice during an argument.

Cody Latimer, Washington Redskins Wide receiver got upset during a poker game and fired two shots during a heated argument.

Last Saturday police responded to a call reporting gunshots shortly after midnight.

Latimer got into an argument during a poker game and at that point the host, Roderick English, asked everyone to leave.

A little bit later Latimer came back to English’s apartment and blamed him for the heated argument. At that point he pulled out a gun and threatened to shoot English and his girlfriend.

Latimer then took out his gun and started to wave it around. He then told English he would never actually hurt him or his girlfriend.

He then got angry and fired two shots. English threw Latimer up against the wall and Latimer hit English on the head with his gun. English suffered a concussion.

Police arrested Latimer for felony assault in the second degree, menacing and illegal discharge of a firearm, and various misdemeanor charges. He was held in Douglas County Detention Center and eventually released on $25,000 bond.
