George Floyd’s Brother Asks For Peace On The Streets

by AmericasKeepersAdmin on June 01, 2020

George Floyd’s brother, Terrence, is condemning the protest across the United States letting people know that his brother would not want this.

Terrence Floyd is pleading with protesters to be peaceful. While he is devastated over the loss of his brother he knows his brother would not support the violence that is going on across the country over his death.

“I’m outraged too. Sometimes I get angry. I want to go crazy. My brother wasn’t about that. You’ll hear a lot of people saying, ‘He was a gentle giant.'”
– Terrence Floyd

Terrence did say that he would like to see former officer Chauvin charged with first degree murder and the other officers who were there charged as well.

Terrence plans to go visit the site where his brother died.

“I just had to come down here, and let people know, just channel your anger elsewhere,”
– Terrence Floyd

Protest across the United States have become increasingly violent over the weekend with many cities having to implement curfews. There have been hundreds of arrest and multiple deaths.
