In Gwinnett County Georgia on Thursday night three individuals tracked two police officers to their homes and used Molotov cocktails to set their patrol cars on fire.
The first patrol car was set on fire shortly after 10 pm on Thursday evening in Duluth. 911 received a call that a patrol car was on fire. By the time officials arrived the fire had already been extinguished.
Shortly after the first 911 call an additional call was placed to say that a patrol car in Lawrenceville was on fire as well. When police arrived there was a fire behind a patrol car that was extinguished.
Witnesses from the first fire stated they had seen three black males fleeing the scene. Additional witnesses from the second fire stated that they saw a dark colored car flee after the attack.
The suspects’ vehicle was located by Lawrenceville police. The driver Alvin Joseph and one of the passengers Lakaila Mack were both arrested. Officials spent the night looking for the third suspect and finally located Ebuka Chike-Morah who was arrested as well.
