Firefighters Called Twice to Same San Antonio Address Within 6 Hours, Possible Arson
SAN ANTONIO - For the second time in six hours, a fire has started at the same home.
Arson investigators are on the scene of a second fire at a south side home this morning.
The first fire started around 7 p.m. Thursday at the home on Escalon Ave and Clovis Place.
First reports were of an exploded water heater. Several people were inside the home at the time, but nobody was hurt.
Later that night, around 1 a.m. Friday, firefighters were called to the same address again for heavy smoke and flames coming out of the house. This time, two neighbors had to be treated, but nobody was seriously hurt.
It's possible that this is a rekindle of the first fire, or it could be arson. That's what investigators are trying to determine
