On February 13, 2020 a federal lawsuit was filed against Peter Nygar and his company by ten women who are accusing him of decades long sex trafficking scheme.
The lawsuit alleges that Nygar repeatedly hosted “pamper parties”. It was a decades long sexual intercourse trafficking scheme. The parties were hosted in California and his estate in the Bahamas. One of the accusers includes a 15 year old girl.
Attorneys for the women who have sued stated there are over 100 witnesses and over dozens of victims.
The US Attorney’s office confirmed that the raid had occurred but would not provide any detail. Photos taken from the scene show cops swarming the companies headquarters, carrying out at least half a dozen cardboard boxes.
Ken Frydman a spokesperson for Nygar blamed the raid on hedge fund tycoon Louis Bacon who had been in a legal dispute with Nygar for years over a driveway easement that they share in the Caribbean Island.
“As with the other actions taken as a result of Louis Bacon’s conspiracy, Nygard is not surprised by this latest action,”
“Witnesses lied were paid millions of dollars to set up Peter Nygard, which makes it not surprising that law enforcement would look into the fabricated and manufactured claims.”
“Nygard welcomes the federal investigation and expects his name to be cleared. He has not been charged, is not in custody and is cooperating with the investigation.”
